- Initial review of deal
- Review all necessary documents
- Review details with your team (attorney, accountant, etc)
- Perform your due diligence
- Commit to invest
- Sign operating agreement and fund the investment
- Receive updates and quarterly distributions if applicable
Both of Us
Steel City Spaces is an equity partner in all of our deals. We put "skin" in every deal. If we would not do a deal, we do not pass it along to our investors. Steel City Spaces performs all daily management of the property. Any major decision regarding the investment (refinancing, major repairs, disposition) are done in concert with all investors.
